Carri is a Toronto-based Writer, Director and Producer. She is the co-founder of Zesty Nobody, a BIPOC and women-led creative studio dedicated to creating both branded and narrative content. She’s also a Producer on the Creative Commercial team at MLSE, overseeing and executing branded partnership video content in collaboration with the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Argos & Toronto FC.

 

Other notable work include her feature film script Greener Grass placing Second Rounder at the Sundance Development Program (2022), Austin Film Festival Drama Feature Script Competition (2021), and the MACRO Feature Screenwriter Incubator (2021).

 

Her co-created work The Space Between (2019) is an award-winning interactive and experiential narrative consisting of a short film and six immersive installations infused with AR. It was featured on blogTO, NOW, and BusinessMirror, and played at the Lift-Off Global Network Sessions (2020), and Feminysta (2020). 

 

Carri is part of the 2022 Future Creatives Collective x Soho House cohort, and one of 25 selected creatives to participate in the educational and training development mentorship. Meeting like-minded, driven creatives with an entrepreneurial flair, following with a program and resources provided by industry leaders with established creative paths.
